Definitely not a Disney movie. Looks like it was directed by an amateur. But nice try. The mermaid is pretty and she looks ligit. Acting was good for the most part but too many questionable cenes. Reminds me of movies filmed in the 1990s but with just better picture quality.
Will not watch it again nor recommend.
