Review of The Legend of Tarzan (2016) by Lamontraymond — 30 Jun 2016
The pro critics missed the boat on this one. It's highly engaging, highly entertaining, and the 4 lead actors are fantastic in it. It's not for kids, but it's kind of a nice book-end to the Jungle Book from earlier this year.
Eric Northman is pretty fantastic in the lead role, and Robbie shows enough restraint to let him shine. I won't go into the beats of the film other than to encourage you to see it. It's FAR better than the other "superhero" films of the summer.
