The abundance of digital monkey mayhem movies in today's day and age makes it very difficult to find satisfaction in something such as TARZAN. This atypical blockbuster's take on the legend, had an intriguing cast of familiar costars (Samuel L Jackson and Christoph Waltz), but as expected; the lighthearted James-Bondish adventure theme and polished over scenery, dilutes its value to average.
