Review of The Legend of Tarzan (2016) by Jyrojyro — 28 Aug 2017
A trip through the jungle that is far too long and far too obsessed with classic clichés. In saying this though, Christopher Waltz actually plays a rather brilliant cliché bad guy. Despite some excellent cinematography (the opening scene is especially gorgeous), the preposterous ending ruined all sense of seriousness that the film was attempting to invoke.
