Review of The Lady Eve (1941) by Benjamin S — 05 Dec 2009
Hilarious slapstick with Stanwyck shining as a con-artist who poses as an aristocrat trying to get back at wealthy tycoon Fonda. Charles Coburn is equally funny as Stanwyck's scheming father. A Preston Sturges classic!
