Weird, jumbled, incoherent mess of a film. You'd think a Mann film would have the hallmark of quality regardless of budget, but there are dodgy effects, dodgy acting, dodgy plot... It is just a mess.
Avoid unless you are on a mission to see all of Mann's films.
