Review of The Insider (1999) by Andre C — 10 Dec 2009
Crowe is quite good in this film although for the most part he mumbles through the role (as usual). Pacino is a little "over the top" and unbelievable as Wallace's producer, but the screenplay is strong enough to carry him through.
By and large, a good film that builds as it goes. Frankly, I think about 10-20% could have been successfully cut.
