Being a fan of Joaquin Phoenix I've tried to watch this move....but "The immigrant" is a huge disaster. The script is poor and annoying, the athmosphere is boring and acting seems false. How did Mr.
Gray manage to make such a bad movie with similar actors? The Italian actor Lino Capolicchio told me once ..." You can make a bad movie with a good script but you will never manage to make a good movie with a bad script!" he was surely right!
