Review of The Hunger (1983) by Blackity B — 09 Jul 2007
A grim, depressing, even horrific look on life and growing old. It tries for something dark and deep, and the story is put together nicely, but when everything is revealed and we have our main conflict and final resolution, one is left very unsatisfied.
It turned out bland and quite meaningless when it really could have achieved more. The visuals though were undeniably enticing, which saves it.
