Review of The Hunger (1983) by Alberto G — 08 Jan 2010
A very original idea that was weirdly executed by grand master Tony Scott in his directorial debut. You can see that Tony was looking for his voice (can't blame him, such a strong subject had to be tackled in a very interesting way).
The editing sucked, and so did the acting. The movie was visually striking and the music made it watchable.
I would love to see a remake of this movie. So much could be done this time around.
