It seemed like it had promise, but I didn't experience the buildup of suspense that the movie seemed to promise. It really just became dull, especially by prematurely spoiling the 'suspense' by showing us a room full of dead bodies.
The payoff was also lackluster at best. And for detail's sake, congrats at the end of the movie by having the IV tubing completely devoid of fluid; I groaned as I saw the 'nurse' inject a massive air embolus into the patient.
