Review of The Host (2006) by Adam C — 11 Mar 2012

I really enjoyed this film even though it wasn't on the up for the entire film. I really liked how it had horror elements mixed with comedy that I actually found funny. When I first started watching this monster flick I was only aware that it was some sort of horror movie or something, yet some goofy scenes were happening and it was a bit wtf for me at first.

The film has some satirical elements in it, always depicting white people as goofy or something. In some spots the film can feel rather slow and boring but overall since I haven't really seen any other film like it, I can say it was definitely worth the watch and will keep you entertained in anyway it can.
