Review of The Hitcher (1986) by Rainbow K — 13 Apr 2012
What impressed me about this movie, is the location chosen for filming! John Seale uses magnificent advantage of his skill to capture aesthetic beautify of Western highways. This movie lacks performance from characters especially from Howell, he seems to look too naive while acting (although at some scenes, you do actually appreciate the realistic panic, that he tries to create).
Rutger Hauer plays 'John Ryder', is this direction-disaster, he gets hit and there you see him rising up again on those God-gifted super-legs.
