Well the buddy-cop genre gets the all-female treatment and was it worth it? This is my review right now. The story is about FBI Sarah Ashburn played by Sandra Bullock who is assigned to a new case. But she needs the help of Det.
Shannon Mullins played by Melissa McCarthy to track down the drug lord Larkin because he is tracking down Shannon's brother Jason. I went into this movie because it was to be one of the biggest hyped-up comedies of 2013 but instead we got mediocrity.
I've seen better buddy-cop movies in the past; I can go and watch those instead. The Heat gets a 6/10.
