Review of The Great Silence (1968) by John R — 13 Sep 2014
140914: Probably one of the most enjoyable spaghetti westerns I've ever seen. It was very unique in that it takes place primarily in a mountainous, snow-covered region. One of the lead and most recognizable stars in my opinion is Klaus Kinski who plays the bounty hunter Loco.
This film is packed with violence and has a very unique, expected ending. The film motivated an investigation into Kinski as well as the story behind The Great Silence. Very enjoyable viewing.
