Review of The Gay Divorcee (1934) by Vicki — 22 Dec 2008
My favorite Ginger Rogers and Fred Astaire movie. The two light up the screen for the second time, showing elegance and some pretty catchy numbers. I love the elegant dancing and you can feel the emotion in the steps.
Of course the plot sucks, but that's not the focus. Astaire and Rogers' dancing will always be front and center.
