This has always been an okay film for me and in hindsight, it really is implausible (they become best friends after an hour together) and a little lame. That said, it's also tragic when Todd gets abandoned twice in his life! But even so, it isn't of much worth, the film just putters along and take forever to get there.
It was nice to hear Kurt Russell however!
