Sorry, even at six a child recognizes the depravity around him/her. There is nothing redeeming in this hard to watch movie about suffering that is all too commonplace. There is nothing about how the family got to where they are or how they might escape.
There is nothing but suffering in this movie and no reason to recommend it.
