A bleak story viewed from the perspective of innocent and imaginative children. Sean Baker proves a directorial talent providing colourful, beautiful imagery and contrasting it with the harsh reality of the film.
this films key cast is too extraordinary notably Dafoe who delivers a career-best performance as the films reluctant father-figure. A film to be revered in the years to come.
