Review of The Exorcist III (1990) by Scotty C — 17 Sep 2007

Terrific atmosphere, well-executed suspense sequences (though the classic nurse scene is overrated, it is never the less masterfully executed), solid performances, and intelligent writing help carry the film despite glacial pacing, the occasional cheap shot, and an ending that is anti-climactic simply due to being a rehash of the first film in the series (though it is still effective).

Overall, a very pleasant surprise that horror fans should check out...
