Its a weird thing - Albert Popwell is the Bank Robber who got lucky in the 1st dirty harry film is alive here and is 'Big' Ed Mustapha and in the next movie his a cop named Horace King...weird continuity but.
...its a dirty harry movie so somehow it doesn't matter is it ???
