Fine religious and romantic film, with well chosen cast. The adaptation is quite true to Graham Greene`s novel, the actors are perfectly chosen and act well. Fiennes, Rea and Moore were all very good choices.
And even those few aspects that Neil Jordan has changed, he changed them to be better, though I guess it`s quite hard to understand the film, when you haven`t read the book. Decent and book worthy adaptation.
