Review of The End of the Affair (1999) by Sherry M — 02 Apr 2017
Disappointing. Ralphe Fiennes leaves me absolutely cold. Got to give up on him in these "passionate" roles. Just seems like an intolerable British wean i.e. To me. Occurred to me that if his brother, Joseph, had played the part the movie would have been much better.
Played his role well, but such a sad sack you can't like him. Too much nuts and bolts nudity and sex. Thomas Crown chess game a million times more erotic.
