One of the most beautiful movies that I have ever seen. This was the debut feature of Riddley Scott.
This is also a great story. I don't know why I seem to love Joseph Conrad on screen (my favorite movie is "Apocalyse Now") and have so much trouble reading him to the end.
Highly, highly recommend this movie.
