(1977) The Duellists.
DRAMA/ ACTION.
Based on a book written by Joseph Conrad centering on the Harvey Keitel character as Feraud obsession to beating the best fencer D'Hubert (Keith Carradine) spawning these duels to several decades possessing abnormal tendencies which is a refection of that time period. The movie is subtled and demands a great understanding about that time period.
