Pure 80's cheese with Chuck Norris flexing all of his acting muscles (pmsl) and destroying half of the Middle-East in the process. The standard of the acting is only equalled by the poor quality of the special effects (check out the dummies and obvious stunt doubles).
A sad, yet cheesily enjoyable, capstone to Lee Marvin's career.
