Is The Darkest Minds a terrible movie with terrible actors? No. Amandla Stenberg is pretty and a good actress. Even the other actors are doing an OK job. The visuals aren't bad either. The vanishing effect I liked more in this movie than in Infinity War.

But why then only a 2/10. Because the story is boring, retarded and pandering to its audience. The 77 % Audience review tells more about the target Audience than the movie. This is a movie for brainless mostly female teens and it works for them like fifty shades of grey worked for single moms.

That doesn't make FSoG a good book or movie nor this waste of time any better.
