Review of The Darkest Minds (2018) by Taressa S — 08 Aug 2018

I want to start by saying I love the books. With that the movie matched up wonderful with the storyline. I know a lot of people feel like it has a lot of plot holes but it's all things we learn later on as the series progresses.

Also, the ending leaves off exactly like the book which is great because how the second one comes in, it's going to make another good movie. Overall I enjoyed it fully. Just like Hunger Games the first movie seems slow so it can set up the series.

For once I went and saw a movie after reading the book and didn't leave pissed because they messed it up so bad. I'm happy and hoping for a sequel.
