Review of The Company Men (2010) by Hrant B — 15 Jan 2012
I'd not even heard of this movie and Matt and I stumbled upon it: a take on the crash of the economy and the mortgage and foreclosure crisis and how it impacts three business men at different levels of success.
I wouldn't call Ben Affleck's character likable but he was fun to watch. Often underrated supporting actor Chris Cooper made your heart hurt, and Tommy Lee Jones, well he's pretty much great in anything he does in my opinion.
It had a slow start and stalled it times but still a greatly acted film that made you anxious to see his it all panned out.
