Review of The Cell (2000) by Creme F — 07 Jul 2009
THE BAD.
J-Lo: She has my nomination for worst actress ever. The dog did a better job than her. Besides the whole bad acting thing she has going, her character was just plain retarted.
Vaughn: Not a good role for him, but at least he dominates in his comedy films.
Plot: Really lame, I mean seriously, traveling into a serial killer's head by 'science' and finding the brand name of glass and then rescuing the trapped girl just in time? Cmon.
THE GOOD.
The dude from Law and Order: This guy was the only one who acted in this movie and he did an amzing job of playing the sick, twisted serial killer. He was really messed up.
Visual Effects: Although I really was not into this movie, there were some really cool visuals and some disturbing moments.
OVERALL.
A few good visual effects alone cannot make for a good movie.
