Shocking. I am a bit like Ricki. Very unsatisfied with my first birth, I made sure the second one the way I wanted. I had a c/s with my first, then went to have a natural vaginal birth for my second. Taking charge of your birth experience makes a big difference.
Be informed and mostly don't let the hospital staff birth for you!
