Review of Searching for Angela Shelton (2004) by Sv G — 25 Jun 2011
A younng filmaker, Angela Shelton locates other women named Angela Shelt,on across the United States and takes a road trip to interview those willing to be interviewed for this documentary. The idea was to just use her name to get a snapshot of all women across the country, but what she finds in doing so is that many were abused or suffered childhood molestation as she had.
40% of them as a matter of fact. Her last stop is to see her estranged father...on Father's day. Talking about these things is better than hiding it deep within ones self and that msg along with all have the strength within them to go on in life is the msg here.
