The premise/topic is interesting, about how US medical industry promotes c-section (and intervention) versus natural childbirth. The documentary just talk about the problem, but it wasted 90 minutes without providing much additional info.
Why did US end up where we are? What is government doing about it? What is the impact on insurance industry? The doc did a poor job in getting to the bottom of the issue.
