One of the most original horror films from the 1970s. Oliver Reed is the pompous psychiatric researcher who has deliciously delerious Samanta Eggars incarcerated at his clinic. People from her life in the outside world begin to be murdered, and her daughter's life is in jeopardy.
The mystery is not revealed until the last reel, and it's one hell of a shocker when it is. Must see for Cronenberg or horror fans.
