Review of The Book of Henry (2017) by Bob M — 25 Jun 2017

This movie has been getting horrible ratings, so I wasn't excited to see it, but after seeing the theater, it isn't as bad as everyone says it is, I would give it a B B+, the performances are great especially the little girl, she has to do a lot of stuff just with her face and she pulls it off, especially with the dance sequence, that was perfect, the direction is good, I enjoy how it pulls the rug from underneath you, the tone is light hearted but the rest is dark, but that shift in tone is so quick it can make you feel like there was a better way to transition you into the next dark tone.
