Review of The Book of Henry (2017) by Joe_Friday — 15 Apr 2018
Director Colin Trevorrow apparently has a knack for sacrificing plot or believability in order to achieve high impact scenes, regardless of whether they strain credulity past the breaking point. There was literally not a single character in Book of Henry who acted in a realistic manner.
Everyone was either a savant or an oddball.
