Review of The Baron of Arizona (1950) by Donovan D — 21 Jan 2008
One way to describe this movie is that it was a blast. I love how this outrageous and scandalous claim, detrimental to a state's union entrance could and could have caused what it did. It's so Fuller to use something extravagant to espose lots of underlying discord, like when he did with The Naked Kiss and even seen in I Shot Jesse James.
The personal torture comes out very well even in this 3 Act narrativie.
