Review of The Bad Seed (1956) by Cade D — 26 Feb 2010
The film actually presented a revolutionary and contended idea for its time - No one believed that evil could be inherent, or that murder may be genetic. The film was apparently pared from the original play, and to good effect, I think - the plot is tight, the dialogue flows and crackles, and the acting, though often considered campy, is quite a joy to view.
