Review of The Babadook (2014) by Daniel U — 29 Dec 2015
I was dissapointed when I saw this movie, mainly because of all the critical acclaim it received, I was expecting more. Though that doesn't mean it¿s a bad movie, actually it's an effective psychological horror movie with a good performance from its lead actress.
However, I was not a fan of the ending, which seemed anticlimatic and left me with a lot of doubts. And it was pretty obvious that it was this director's first movie.
