Review of The Andromeda Strain (1971) by Molly S — 15 Jul 2005
This movie was really good, better than I had expected. I guess since it's based on the Michael Crichton novel, it's gotta be good. It does have that 70's sci-fi cheese factor but the subject matter is great.
An interesting example in the differences in the movie rating system from the 70s until now, the movie is rated G but there are scenes of upper frontal female nudity and rear male nudity. Granted they are not in a sexual situation but you couldn't find a G rated movie today with those things!
