Review of The Abyss (1989) by Cj O — 08 May 2013
This was very cool for me.
Pros: 1. Story: Very good. 2. Acting: Strong, especially the psychopath performance by Michael Biehn. 3. SFX: Bright, and cool. 4. Music: A little loud, but good.
Cons: 1. Alien creatures: Not enough of the aliens are seen in the movie.
"The Abyss" was well done and well put together, And those who can't appriciate any part of this movie are movie haters. I know this cause I saw this with two of my relatives who hate just about every movie they see that's not a sci-fi action movie or a comedy.
