Ehhhhh...I have seen much worse, however there was nothing really new or exceptional here. The story could have been interesting if they hadn't of ended it just like every horror movie these days. The guy who played Nicolai was about the only one with any talent whatsoever, and what he had was limited.
However it was still better than The House of Usher...
