The good: cinematography, sound design, score, and editing. It's heavy on atmosphere and dread and some parts are disturbing, interesting and scary.
The bad: drags on too long and is awfully slow. Acting is also poor, as well as the script. If this had a better script, it could've been great. It feels like there's a good movie trying to get out of a mediocre/bad one.
