Review of The 5th Wave (2016) by Sandborn — 30 Mar 2016
I was going in with low expectations but was I proven wrong! This is a solid sci-fi action movie. I don't think I can recall a boring or wasted moment. Some people complain about the romantic scenes being cringe-worthy.
But even so, they lasted no more than 20 seconds. It's hardly something to complain about. The only complaint I have is it's unoriginal. But I'm sure younger viewers who haven't seen the sci-fi classics will get a bigger kick out of this movie than I do.
