Wonderfully Tennessee Williams! Geraldine Page as the fallen movie star was fantastic as was Paul Newman. I love how Williams' plays deal with controverasial themes and of course this one provides.
Dealing with the shocks and scandals of abortion was huge in the early 1960s, but in the south, it was truely revolutionary.
