Review of Sunrise (1985) by Scott W — 18 Mar 2009
This proves that you don't need dialogue to convey emotions and drama. The first 30 and last 20 minutes of this film are very strong, where you have to keep watching to see what will happen. There are some very creative and amazing innovations that F.
W. Murnau was able to pull off considering this was made in 1927. Definitely one of the best silent films I've seen.
