Review of Concussion (2015) by Scott W — 25 May 2018

This is definitely an important subject, and one that has gotten a lot of publicity, even before this movie came out (on Real Sports, for example). I'm not sure how cinematic the story is though, and that was the root of most of my problems with this movie.

They try to add in a love story, and a semi-car chase, and other dramatic elements they don't need. It's not a bad movie. The performances are good (I especially liked Albert Brooks), and I think it has a good message.

I don't think I learned anything by watching this though. And Luke Wilson as Roger Goodell??
