Review of Star Trek III: The Search for Spock (1984) by Tristan G — 30 May 2009
More entertaining trek action which doesnt reach the heights of khan. The major scenes/shocks in this are the destruction of the enterprise and the death of kirks son (thought he didnt seem that bothered??or was that just shatners acting???). As the title suggests spock returns in this one thanks to the genisis project from khan and the film centres around kirk having to disobey orders for the millionth time to find him.
Even though not menecing at all christopher lloyd is always great so was happy to see him play the evil klingon and the rest of the crew do alot more then usual in this one as well. Good fun but not a classic.
