Review of Spotlight (2015) by John B — 16 Jul 2016
Although taking place in the early 90s, there is a call back to All the President's Men and an interesting 70s feel to this investigative drama. Ultimately it is a good choice as best picture with a tension that is palpable despite the conclusion that many going to see the picture would already know.
