Review of Spotlight (2015) by Piotrek O — 27 Jul 2018
This movie touches very sensitive problem. Very well directed, without irrational plot twists, seems like basing on facts only, without unnecessary additives. Calm but keeping in suspense in the same time.
I don't know if it's enough for Academy Award but it's worth to see very good performance of Liev Schrieber and Mark Rufallo. When Schrieber has a supporting role, Rufallo's play is something incredible - the way he talks, the way he moves - it's great when you completely forget about the actor and you see only the character he plays.
